I am a registered and accredited psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I can offer a discrete and private space for you to explore your life choices and the impact of your decisions.

My main training was at the Metanoia Institute in London, the five year Masters degree is accredited by both the UKCP and BACP. The training involved a psychiatric clinical placement within an NHS psychosis department in the secondary care sector. I also have a variety of experience within addiction services across different settings. I have continued my clinical training with a four year professional doctorate in psychotherapy (DPsych) specialising in the psychology of creatives alongside EMDR and Sensorimotor (Post Graduate level) qualifications.

I am a published academic within this field and often contribute to media articles in my role as a specialist consultant. I am currently undertaking an MSc in Psychology and additional training in ADHD coaching to further develop my interest in these areas.
